How can I say "each other" for example "They don't like each other" or "We don't understand each other"?

You just need to use one of them, 对方 or 互相.
For example, you could say 他们不喜欢对方 or 他们互相之间不喜欢； 我们不了解对方 or 我们互相之间不了解.
There is another word you could use to express the same meaning, 彼此.
他们彼此不喜欢；他们不喜欢彼此；我们彼此不了解；我们不了解彼此. These four sentences are all right.
You could say 他们互相喜欢着对方 when you want to express a positive meaning, but we seldom say that 他们互相不喜欢对方. It sounds weird for the native people.
