What does 性情中人 mean? I think it describes a person who has "lots of experience in love" ? Is this correct?

Not just about LOVE, but all the emotions to different persons, like the hatred to foes, the kindness to friends, and so on. "性情中人"表示某人敢爱敢恨，常常不加掩饰的表达个人感情。
